With a facility size of 3,600m2, this integrated pharmaceutical/ biological site houses more than 7 filling lines for the aseptic filling of syringes, vials, ampoules and injection/infusion bottles. This facility has the capability to handle both small-scale and large-scale production - with the flexibility to scale-up as demand grows. Bulk solutions can be prepared in mobile vessels up to 500L. We have proven expertise in lyophilization, with specialized expertise with proteins and unique competence in freeze-drying of narcotics. The facility is specially designed for the development of lyophilized products, including biopharmaceuticals and small chemical entities. We also have leading edge experience in the area of biopharmaceutical production, including the new discipline of biosimilar manufacture - particularly in sterile syringes. |
